Latest Updates

Sat Nov 21, 2009, 4:57 PM
It's been a while since I've updated... but I'm a few thousand shots from when I last did as well.

I've got three shows I'm uploading photos from two from Douglas College (my alma matter)

Midsummer Night's Dream
by William Shakespeare
"Oh what fools these mortals be!"
Director Paul Moniz de Sa
Set and Costume Design Christine Reimer
Lighting Design Shannon Montgomery

Blood Relations
by Sharon Pollock
Sometimes family can be a killer!
Director David Quast
Set Design Yulia Shtern
Costume Design Danica West
Lighting Design Ereca Hassell

for these I just did the publicity photography for the College. Then there is also

THE VERTICAL HOUR
by David Hare
Director: Tamara McCarthy
Set Design: Todd Parker
Lighting Design: Graham Ockley (that's me)

I did the lighting for this one as well as photographing it, but I more photographed it for my own portfolio, both as a photographer and as a lighting designer.

Then the remaining portrait shots are for Douglas College's 2010 Winter season of theatre. I can't remember what the shows are but one is about a Russian trying to kill himself the other about a wife trying to kill her husband or fiancee or something... violent bunch.

I also loaded out Trans-Siberian Orchestra last night... that was awesome... didn't see the show and no pictures were taken... but man that was a sweet rig if you like moving lights.

  • Mood: Joy
  • Listening to: Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen
  • Reading: S*P Archives
  • Drinking: Milk

You have some very nice works there, I'm surprised. Then again I didn't know you did photography.

Hey thanks. I'm kinda suprised he didn't mention it... but I suppose my hobbies and occupations aren't a huge topic of conversation amongst you two.

I think he may have mentioned that you had a studio in your house...I just thought art studio. I'm silly that way.
